On my last visit,decided that I will not be returning. Even though they have some of the best chicken strips around. They no longer have meals. Like fries and hamburger. No you have to purchase everything individually. Well heck you have you and 2 teenagers you might spend 70 bucks and 30 min later they are starving to death again.. Very said they decided to do this but I am sure cost VS waist had a lot to do with it.. The wait staff is awesome. And the food is usually pretty good now there is new owners...
The owners took over a very popular family restaurant (previously Lorene's) and overhauled the menu with some very tasty food. The variety for a small town restaurant is impressive and you can tell the new owners truly take pride in their product. People stop in from all over the 4-States and leave so impressed that they go out of their way to come back again and again. Represents the community very well!
Good Breakfast. not to slow not too fast. Booths are VERY uncomfortable
Can't go wrong with a mushroom Swiss burger here. Always great and very juicy
Chicken fried steak was Hugh and hot. Liver and onions was fork cutting tender. Baked potato was cooked well. Salad bar was lots of variety.
